Lógos provided professional architecture and engineering design services to replace the Richmond VAMC’s outdated campus security camera system with a modern camera and storage solution. The design addressed campuswide monitoring across 15 buildings and more than three million square feet.
The team investigated existing architectural spaces, electrical infrastructure, electronic security, and telecommunications systems. End-user coordination and meetings with VA regional and central-office stakeholders helped shape a hybrid cloud design responsive to evolving federal requirements.
The scope included campuswide investigations and a 15% schematic design, multidisciplinary design development, and 95%, 100%, and final bid documents. Construction-period support covers submittals, shop drawings, product data, RFIs, and change order proposals.
