Lógos provides architectural services and engineering coordination for Consolidated Pharmacy Phase II at University of Maryland Medical Center’s Downtown Campus, 22 South Greene Street in Baltimore, Maryland.

The approximately 7,300-square-foot renovation continues the ground-floor north wing pharmacy space. It includes floor reinforcement to support carousels, high-density files, refrigerators, freezers, and other pharmacy equipment, alongside compounding rooms, workstations, offices, conference and break rooms, and an IT closet.

The scope includes site and equipment surveys, inventory updates, and validation of the pharmacy layout and capacity. Existing Phase I drawings are revisited at a 65% design stage before advancing to 95% construction documents, with coordinated structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and fire alarm work, plus bidding and construction administration services.
