Who We Are

Our Core Values

Protect Integrity Above Personal Gain

Making consistently ethical choices in business is the only way to maintain the longevity of respect.  Our company believes that honesty, long-term thinking, and strength of character pay both tangible and intangible rewards.  It is our goal to have courage and to practice what we preach, no matter the potential business impact.

Respect Clients, Partners, and Employees

We believe in direct and honest communication which respects both the client and employee.  In our work, it is important that we exceed expectations while maintaining a culture where teamwork and hard work are rewarded.

Work with Joy

Not often mentioned in company core values, joy is critical to the success of our work.  It is the rocket fuel which powers product delivery, continuous improvement, and the empowerment of others.  The partners made a commitment to work in areas where they are passionate, because no work can be great unless powered by joy.

Mentor others

Our successes come because we stand on the shoulders of others who have nurtured our growth.  Because of this, we believe that mentoring our employees as well as our junior partners is critical to our future success, and to the success of others.

Bravo Zulu

A nod to excellence

Bravo Zulu comes from the phonetic alphabet, adopted by both NATO and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).  It is a Navy signal, historically conveyed by flag hoist or voice radio, but it is also adopted as a colloquial term in navies throughout the world.  The signal BRAVO ZULU is used to pass the message “Well Done”.  In a word, Bravo Zulu refers to excellence.

When Mitch and Charlie joined forces, they wanted excellence to be so entrenched into the company’s ethos that it was part of the name.  Taking from Charlie’s U.S. Navy heritage, they decided to add BZ to the name of Mitch’s previous company, Logos Advisory.  You can even find BZ our logo.  Take a look at the Bravo Zulu flags above, and see if you can find them.
